On Tuesday, August 16, 2011 NYSUT is offering workshops on Union Finances and Building Representation.  Please let me know if you are interested in attending.  The details are below:

The program will run from 9:00 to 3:00 an the NYSUT building in Latham.  Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the program.  

Building Representative Workshop

This training is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to acquire and/or improve the skills necessary for successful peformance of a Building Representative.  The registration is limited to 100 participants.

Managing Union Finances

This training is designed to instruct local association treasurers on the appropriate accounting and reporting procedures.  The registration is limited to 25 participants.
